Supply Chain
With a professional manufacturer's aura and nearly 20 years of experience, we have produced nearly 10,000 types of products. Whenever we receive customer’s drawings or samples and begin the process analysis, regardless of various processing methods such as forging, heat treatment, grinding, calibration, drilling, electroplating, and more, a multitude of suppliers' support is necessary to create a product of impeccable quality.
In addition to our main joint venture factory in the early stages of our entrepreneurship, we require numerous other suppliers to collaborate as well. In each distinct process, maintaining flexibility and monitoring quality, through mutual efforts with various suppliers, we together create products, both big and small, that shine brightly.
We deeply understand that the quality of our products significantly impacts the performance and even the safety of each end product. Hence, we never dare to be negligent.
The relationship between us and various suppliers has long surpassed mere business partnerships, resembling more a friendship built on mutual trust, reliance, growth, and progress.

Big Differences
- Production of small quantities and diverse customized products:
Even for sample orders as small as 100 pieces, we are capable of analyzing the manufacturing process to provide the most reasonable pricing and shortest lead time within the minimal time frame. - Proactively maintaining safety stock for "customized products":
We proactively produce additional quantities during order fulfillment and utilize our unique "flexible warehouse inventory system" to achieve rapid delivery. - Devotion, readiness, and prompt shipment at all times.
QA
In addition to complying with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard, we also adhere to IECQ QC080000:2017 hazardous substance process management system certification and the new RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU announced by the European Union on July 1, 2011.
Within the following quality control processes, stringent checks are implemented to ensure Quality Control (QC) and Quality Improvement (QI):

- Incoming material inspection.
- Detailed control over various manufacturing processes.
- Strict monitoring of critical safety components during manufacturing.

- Shipment inspections according to customer standards and voluntary full inspections.
